Appointment was to establish care with Dr. Davis. He was very thorough and explained his concerns about medications. Mom has had ongoing dizziness for many years which has also improved since the changes in meds. We sincerely thank Dr. Davis.

Dr. D. Davis provided education on medication and life style changes to improve overall health. He reviewed vaccine history and is the first provider I have had in a long time that actually did a full physical exam.
