Scheduling of lab tests appeared to be dropped. Quite disappointing
We came in this day for sudden reoccurring dizziness my daughter had. This NP was completely dismissive, didn't offer any medical advice and explained absolutely nothing. When I expressed serious anxiety about her attending soccer practice since these episodes occurred when she was not exerting herself at all and in the air condition he was completely dismissive and his response was,"oh yeah, it's pretty hot out." I had to force every piece of information out of him and he left us with no home care instructions or a sports clearance plan.I never want my daughter or our family to see this provider again. We have an appt booked with Dr Mehta next week just in case these episodes continue to happen.
This was a first time urgent care appointment, and I had a very good experience. I had a bad reaction to the original antibiotic that was prescribed as a result to a positive urinalysis. The response to my follow up phone call the next day was fast and helpful. The new antibiotic prescription alleviated my symptoms with no side effects.
1st time with this provider, would see him again.

Dr Anderson is so good I was telling my 15 year old granddaughter she needs to go to him but at her age she only wants a women Dr to see her but she does see one at deaconess clinic
