I've been telling everyone how well I liked the clinic
He didn't really listen to what I or my wife (a nurse) had to say about my condition and symptoms. I was constantly coughing up blood and severe pain on right side close to my kidney causing me to take shallow breaths. My wife requested a CTA and he ignored this request and ordered a regular CT. He informed me after the CT that I probably had pneumonia and possibly an infection between my lungs and chest cavity. Prescribed 2 antibiotics even though my white blood cell count was normal and said I was fine to go on vacation. However after no improvement after 9 days, I stopped at a hospital in Bowling Green on our way home where I was diagnosed with multiple blood clots in my lungs. I was seen 2 days earlier in Deaconess Gateway emergency room with additional severe pain on the outside of my right breast causing extreme difficulty in breathing. Was told at that time it was just muscle spasms. So I went 12 days undiagnosed.
Brenton is awesome. He makes you feel like you're a friend not just a patient very happy with him.
I felt very heard & important. That's a very rare feeling in a busy medical world. The Dr & his assistant & student were all very caring, educated, kind & knowledgeable. They didn't make me feel nervous or uncomfortable.
I felt heard and seen at this office. It's obvious my care was a priority and I felt like my feelings were validated through the concerns I brought up.
Brenton was wonderful, he is always informative, and caring. He always ways strives to answer whatever questions I might have. He is always so caring and concerned about my care. I always look forward for my appointments with him.
I am very pleased with Dr Hallden. He is easy to talk too and listens well to concerns. He is very informative and seems to genuinely care about patient. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a PC. I am delighted with my experience at my first appt and am looking forward to being a patient of Dr Halldens for years to come. I would recommend to anyone any age. I think he is very personable and would work well with young and older both.
