The Professional Development Program, also known as PDP, is a program that recognizes and rewards direct patient care RNs for expanding their practice through work, experience, and education. The RN will put together a binder to showcase their ongoing professional development over the last year. Connect with a PDP Ambassador to help you through the collection process and to answer any questions. Portfolios must be submitted to an Ambassador after your annual evaluation but no later than November 30th.
