Employee Assistance Program - CounselingDeaconess Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers assessment, short term counseling, referral (if necessary) and follow-up services to employees and members of their household who want help dealing with mental health concerns, substance use/abuse issues, life changes, family issues or personal problems.

    • Referrals can be voluntary or may be mandated by a supervisor

  • Option of video visits to help employees with more convenient access to care (available in Indiana)
