Deaconess COMP Center

Deaconess COMP Center - Injury CareAt Deaconess Clinic COMP Center, our team focuses on providing the highest level of occupational health care services to the workforce of the Tri-State. Our dedication and specialization in occupational medicine have helped us develop the most effective and efficient methods for safely returning workers to productivity.

Deaconess Clinic COMP Center has always been focused on methods of truly reducing costs for employers. What makes us stand apart is a comprehensive approach of partnering with employers to focus on decreasing overall health care costs, decreasing time off work, and decreasing OSHA reportable events.

We utilize a team approach of physicians, nurse practitioners, case managers and therapists to offer  comprehensive care and reduce duplication of services.

Convenience

Deaconess Clinic COMP Center has five locations. The main site is at 329 W. Columbia Street, Evansville. All COMP services are provided in this location for the convenience of local employers and patients.

In addition, there is a location in Gibson County and three urgent care locations (Gateway, North Park and Henderson) that provide COMP services to conveniently serve  employers —even during evening and weekend hours.

Communication

The COMP Center is committed to partnering with area employers to provide comprehensive occupational medicine services.

We establish a partnership with employers by always being transparent about employees’ status and by optimizing the time in which they can return to the workforce. In this partnership, you’ll receive a personal phone call (often the same day) or letter with a status update from the provider who saw your employee, including any noncompliance or underlying health issues that may affect the treatment plan.
