I am waiting patiently to hear from Dr. Beyer about surgery.
Dr. Byers gave a very clear explanation of my x-ray and its effects on my future medical situation. I was impressed that he did not immediately jump to stressing surgery but said that if I ever felt that I want surgery that I am welcome to contact him. I definitely will; I was very favorably impressed.
Overall it's a great experience like I can feel my hands and I am grateful for that I wish there would have been like more one on one physical therapy afterwards like how they did the group strength test or the nerve test before and all that more guidance with aftercare before returning to work would of better. My hands hurt and are very sensitive and I know they are still healing I'm struggling with how much I can pick up weight Wise and in general use but it's getting better
Dr. Beyer is very mean and disrespectful. I felt like I was back in school being bullied about my weight. His beside manner is totally abusive.

Provider, Dr. Beyer, wore a Trump 2024 lanyard around his neck. I thought it was extremely unprofessional and gave me second thoughts about his judgement. Not because of his choice of candidate, but because he would wear a political statement of any kind in the workplace.
Dr. Beyer is fantastic. Listens. Cares. Always explains things well. Definite asset to Deaconess and southern Illinois. I recommend him all the time to people needing ortho!

Surgery day I had to go threw er and the lady at the desk needs to be a lot friendlier I now everyone has their bad days but she needs to go to class on eddicodet.
Dr Beyer was very thorough and explained everything to me in great detail. We went over my xray and he pointed out the issue in my hip. When the decision was made to move further with THA, he went into further detail of all the pre op and post op procedures.
Was seen for one problem and Dr. Beyer knew I suffered from another and is attending to that also
Dr Beyer has taken care of me in the past and I would recommend him highly
