Everyone from the front desk to the nurse assistant to the nurse practitioner were all fantastic and very helpful

The staffing & Katelyn are excellent. Everyone excels at their jobs. I felt thoroughly satisfied that my child is being cared for in the most appropriate manner and that our concerns are being heard and we have a plan implementation for her.
The only thing that bothered me from this visit is when I asked the NP how long I need to wait to leave fever reducing meds out to make sure my child doesn't have a fever before going back to school she answered with 4 hours and then she proceeded to say but sometimes you have to do what you have to do Implying to just not worry about them being 24 hours fever free without fever reducing meds. I have to say as a fellow nurse I was shocked to hear this as that Is what helps Infections not spread by waiting for people to be over their Illness when they have a fever. Just not sure that is the best thing to say especially if someone was a non healthcare worker.
Late to appointment - times two. She had not reviewed the chart before the appointment. Lack of effort shows she did not care
