The doctors are very well experienced and capable.
My appointment was 10 minutes total. For the first 5 minutes it was just the medical assistant asking me medication questions. When the doctor came in he was in for barely 5 minutes. He did not actually touch my feet but he charted he performed a monofilament exam which he did not, the charting also commented on my foot pulses and skin texture however he didn't even touch me. It also stated he went over diabetic education which he did not . He also stated he wasn't doing a culture because they take too long to process. He didn't really answer questions he just pushed to make a referral and that he would treat with a medication in the mean time to see if it helps. This is not the first time I have seen this provider and he has spent barely 5 minutes in the room and dismissed any issues I was having. I honestly think it was a waste of my time since I spend more time checking in and talking about medication history than being examined or speaking with the provider.

It felt like the examination was pretty cursory, almost over before it started. "It sounds like It might be nerve related or possibly arthritis." "Try Voltarin and wear your walking shoes and inserts more regularly." "Come back if it gets worse." My take was that my problems must be pretty minimal compared to the patients n the doctor usually sees.
Dr Tidwell was very caring and listened well. I feel like he offered great alternatives for various things in my care plan, and he involved me in those decisions. He definitely comes across as very kind and warm, but very knowledgable in his field.

Dr. Tidwell was awesome! He made us feel so comfortable by reassuring my daughter. He removed 4 ingrown toenails so quickly. The office is general is so efficient!
Seemed irritated to see me. Questioned me as to why I was seeing another doctor, and why I had stopped. Had to explain it was financial due to a divorce. Made me uncomfortable, and not excited to come back for more treatment. I had originally made an appointment with another doctor online where his reviews online said he was Great, kind, and super informative. But that doctor had reviewed my files and switched me to Dr. Tidwell.
He was so patient with me and understanding of the traumatic ER visit I had few days prior

I rated the doctor as fair due to discrepancies in the charting, which included information that was neither communicated to me nor presented as options during my visit. I find it concerning when details appear to be fabricated to justify the substantial bill I am about to receive. However, I must acknowledge that the doctor demonstrated greater professionalism and amiability during this visit.
Dr. Tidwell is amazing and would refer him to anyone in need off the services his office provides.
