Katie reviewed history and any current problems. She discussed current problem and made a physician referral as we talked. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and explained what she was doing and thinking as the assessment progressed. She asked if I had questions and took the time to answer. She did not appear rushed and seemed very happy with her job.
