Gina Niemeier actively listens, provides clear responses, suggestions, and solutions to hurdles I may be facing. Most importantly, she then will ask what I feel about the suggestions and if they are doable. She helps set goals and steps to achieve them.
Gina is the best of the best. She is so warm and kind, but also tells you straight forward what needs to be done to be successful. She Is cheerful and always so supportive. I always enjoy our visits.
