Organization Description: Hello, I would like to thank you for the services you are doing. I am a Service Coordinator at 2 different apt sites in SD CA. One building , I work closely with 220 seniors. The other building I work with 290 ex Veterans and ex homeless (ages 18 years of age -90 years old). I assist these residents with their needs in all different areas in an attempt to keep them living independently. I am looking to give them each a mask they can call their own through this pandemic.

Organization Description: We are a hospice company serving all San Diego county! We have RN's, LVN's, CNA's, Hospice Aides, Chaplains, Music Therapists, and Social Workers all serving patients and families (in their facilities and homes) at the end of life during this already tumultuous time. We would love to have some handmade masks they can use to protect themselves. Any help is appreciated, and we thank you for this incredible service!!
Needs: Adult size only, we will need 50 masks for our staff.

Organization Description: Think Dignity is a local homeless advocacy agency with both social and legal services geared towards providing basic dignity to individuals experiencing homelessness. These services include a Transitional Storage Center, mobile showers, and legal representation.
Needs: Our Transitional Storage Center is centrally located in the East Village neighborhood, and therefore a resource hub for our homeless community in this area. We need as many as 100 masks a week to be able to provide a critical reosurce for our vulnerable communities.

Organization Description: Momentum for Mental Health is a nonprofit provider of behavioral health services in Santa Clara County. Our program and services for individuals living with a mental illness are comprehensive and include a prevention and early intervention program, adult and transitional age youth (14 to 24) out-patient services, employment services, day rehabilitation services, residential treatment, supported housing and a volunteer program. In addition, Momentum works to reduce and eliminate the stigma that surrounds mental illness and mental health care through a community relations program that promotes education, diversity and collaboration.
Needs: 250 adult size masks. We would like to be able to provide a mask to every staff member (about 550) that doesn't not have access to a mask, and any client in our residential facilities (about 250). Our goal is to acquire 1000 masks; we are requesting from multiple resources.

Organization Description: We are a community based and founded hospice program that supports San Mateo & Santa Clara Counties in California. We have a Community Education program about death, dying, loss & grief and work to normalize these things in our communities. Founded 41 years ago by two women in our community, one of whom became our first patient. Our hospice house experienced the first patient to die w/o his family being able to be there yesterday.
Needs: We need any kind of masks at this point this most desirable are N95 masks but any mask if helpful now. Also protective gowns, face shields. ADult sizes, and we need thousands, but will take what ever we can get. THANK YOU!!
