Organization Description: We are an organization that provides fun and adventure for people with disabilities. From pi nicks, fund raisers for others, and many outdoor activities. We have been providing these experiences for over 20 years. Most of our members ant their mentors have underlying health conditions. This has been a very difficult time for our organization. We would appreciate anything you can do for us. Our events run from Oshkosh to Shawano to Alfonso and in between.

Organization Description: We are an assisted living community in the Village of Fall River Wi. We have both and RCAC and CBRF license with the State Of Wisconsin. We provide 24 hour care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. 38 assisted living apartments and 18 Memory Care Studio apartments. 24 hour staffing providing 3 meals a day, housekeeping and daily care assistance based on individual needs. RN on staff to over see care. We are a locally owned small business employing about 60 individuals from our community.

Organization Description: In the early stages when the hospitals were in need of supplies, I donated all my face masked and gloves. I will be beginning work soon and am unable to find any to purchase. I am a micropigmentation artist, specializing in Eyebrows and Vitiligo camouflage. I create a longer lasting solution for the loss of eyebrows for Cancer patients, vitiligo, thyroid dysfunction, etc. I also do camouflage for vitiligo patients, as well as tattoo eyeliner for cosmetic purposes for clients who cannot apply it due to trembling and vision impairment
Needs: I will begin work in a week and use a new mask for each client, I typically have 3-6 clients daily’. About 25 per week. I really need enough to get me through work until I can I can purchase them. If you can direct me were to purchase I’m happy to do so. I need adult size small.

Organization Description: The Arc Fond du Lac is a nonprofit serving people of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). We operate 9 adult family homes (group homes) serving 37 adults with I/DD through 24/7 staff support and care.
Needs: At least 200 masks. We are in need of adult size masks for staff and residents in our group homes. At least 200 masks would allow us to properly wash masks after shift changes across our group homes.

Organization Description: Here in Green Bay, WI, working in the ED we are the front line of this crisis. We were told to reach out and ask for donations. I cringe at the fact that it’s 2020 and we are having to ask for PPE. Any masks that you would be able to donate would be greatly appreciated!
