Organization Description: Cascade offers Behavioral Health Services. Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Services. We also run a small Psychiatric Hospital for individuals who have to be detained against their will. Our Psych Hospital is Called Cascade Evaluation and Treatment Center.
Needs: We require our staff who are doing direct client care at our Evaluation and Treatment Center to wear masks. We have 40 direct care staff working at our facility. RN Charge Nurses are on each shift as well as several LPN's and Behavioral Health Workers we refer to as Recovery Specialists. having a supply of masks that can be reused would be very helpful since we are small our budget is limited for PPE. All the masks needed would be adult size-a supply of 200 or so would be helpful so we can rotate and we sterilize them. Thank you so much for your help-we appreciate any help we could get. Organization Description: This is a small naturopathic medical clinic offering primary care services to women, and children in Longview WA. Currently we are offering primarily telemedicine services to those who are asymptomatic and face to face visits only for those who are in need of physical assessment such as lung, ear, or throat check or people who need to be tested for corona virus.
Needs: We need about 6 masks per day, open 5 days each week right now, so we need about 30 masks per week, 120 masks for a one month supply. I have 5 masks left and am not able to get any more through the 3 different medics supply companies I contacted.

Organization Description: The Plus One Foundation assists children and adults with neurological injury, disorder, or disease to achieve goals through activities that offer education, rehabilitation, and training. We fund classes, workshops, and life experiences that are proven to assist individuals on their path of rehabilitation and recovery.
Needs: The neurological disorders our clients have taken a toll on our clients' immune system, making them a part of the at-risk population.
