321 Employee Giving Campaign

All 321 campaign dollars are used to support Deaconess initiatives like continuing education, cancer care, pediatric support and many other special causes. In 2019 we raised more than $100,000 through employee support. Last year we chose not to offer this campaign as we addressed the urgent needs and sacrifices of the pandemic.

What is 321?
For those unfamiliar with 321, this is an opportunity for Deaconess employees to pledge $3.21 or more per paycheck for a year. It withdraws automatically through payroll deduct. When our employees give together it makes a big impact. All gifts are tax deductible.
 
How You Can Help
We encourage you to participate at a level that is comfortable for you. We also ask that you share this information with your teams. Deaconess Foundation is here to support your service lines (apply for grants on DWeb). The more support we receive, the more we can give back!
 
Register Today
Please visit www.deaconess.com/321 to register and learn more (includes videos of how gifts are used). Employees will be receiving a mailing and/or e-mails throughout the month of April with information to participate. Every dollar makes a difference. All employees participating are entered to win prizes and those giving $4 or more per pay receive a special thank you gift.
