Heartcare Health System is a hospital/physician partnership between Deaconess Hospital and The Heart Group. As leaders in cardiovascular services, the two share a common mission to enhance heart care in the Tri-State. Our team is dedicated to providing the most efficient, technologically advanced and patient-friendly care available. To this end, Heartcare facilitates:

Cardiovascular care in regional market - Cardiologists travel to Heartcare Satellite Clinics throughout Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky to provide “close to home” cardiovascular care to patients and consultative services to regional primary care physicians.
Community education - We are particularly proud of our Heart and Soul program targeted at Women and Heart Disease.
Hospital/physician collaboration - Deaconess Hospital and its physicians jointly manage clinical operations and strategically plan improvements for Deaconess Heart Services. Collaborative activities include the Cardiology Operations Committee, Clinical Outcome Management and Cardiovascular Research and have led to the "heart hospital within a hospital" structure, national recognition as a Top 100 Cardiovascular Program and the Consumer's Health Care Choice Awards.
